Deep drilling – Precise, reliable and highly flexible<\/h2>\n

In 1985 we started with the first machine to carry out deep drilling for our drill bits. Due to the steadily growing demand, we then expanded this area. In more than 25 years of drilling experience, we have expanded our range of services with high precision, reliability and the constant extension of our drilling tools so that we are now able to drill on a total of 5 machines from \u00d8 2.5 – \u00d8 42 in cubic workpieces and from <\/span>
\u00d8 2 .5 \u2013 \u00d8 52 in rotationally symmetrical workpieces and currently up to a maximum depth of 3,100 mm in a wide variety of materials (all non-ferrous metals, steels up to titanium alloys and nickel-based alloys (so-called super alloys)) <\/span>
As our references demonstrate, we carry out drilling for well-known companies throughout Germany which are represented in a wide variety of industries. Due to our high quality standards, we also drill parts for motor sports, among other things. Thanks to good work preparation, qualified specialist staff and, last but not least, a high degree of flexibility, we are able to enable fast delivery times and to implement urgent projects at short notice to your complete satisfaction. <\/span>
