IIn 1985 we started with the first machine to carry out deep drilling for our drill bits. Due to the steadily growing demand, we then expanded this area. In more than 25 years of drilling experience, we have expanded our range of services with high precision, reliability and the constant extension of our drilling tools so that we are now able to drill on a total of 5 machines from \u00d8 2.5 – \u00d8 42 in cubic workpieces and from
\u00d8 2 .5 \u2013 \u00d8 52 in rotationally symmetrical workpieces and currently up to a maximum depth of 3,100 mm in a wide variety of materials (all non-ferrous metals, steels up to titanium alloys and nickel-based alloys (so-called super alloys)) <\/span><\/p>\n

Since mid-2014, we have specifically expanded our range of services with the area of internal round honing.<\/span>
We are the first company in Germany to be able to carry out internal round honing work from \u00d8 4 to \u00d8 400<\/strong> and up to a depth of 1,500 mm<\/strong> on one side and 4,000 mm<\/strong> on two sides.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2017 we have a new deep drilling machining centre. In addition to the deep drilling spindle, this is also equipped with a milling spindle. Here we are able to carry out lateral milling operations. <\/p>\n

Threads, countersinks, engravings, reflections, small and medium-sized pockets and general processing of semi-finished products are therefore no problem. We would be happy to offer you complete lateral processing. <\/p>\n

In addition to deep drilling, we are also able to saw your material professionally. It is possible to have your steel orders delivered directly to us and we will store them for you. (Round steel up to a length of 6 m) Depending on your needs, you can then request your material and we will saw and drill it for you. Save money on transport costs and additional sawing costs with the steel manufacturer. Of course, we can also saw and drill your material without storing it for you. <\/p>\n

(Round steel up to a length of 6 m) Depending on your needs, you can then request your material and we will saw and drill it for you.
